To pre-register print and complete the pre-registration form, which can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking here, and mail it with a check (made payable to NES/MAA) to

To complete pre-registration, your check and completed pre-registration form should be received by May 28, 2010. Please note that hotel rates and rooms are not guaranteed after May 7, 2010. (There is no online registration at this time.)

Alternatively, you may register on-site at the registration desk in the lobby of the O'Hare Academic Center from 11:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Friday, June 11 and 8:30 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 12, but the on-site registration fees are $5 more than pre-registration fees, and neither meals nor on-campus lodging can be guaranteed unless we receive your pre-registration form and check by the May 28, 2010 deadline.
